Privacy & your request.

Neighborhood by SASTA collects the name, contact details, location, timing, and service information you submit so Matt Crawford can review your request, prepare a quote, and coordinate agreed work.

Your request and contact details are available to authorized operators. Internal notes stay private. Your customer link provides access to your request and quote; treat it like a password and share it only with people you trust. Links expire after 30 days and Matt can replace them.

Submitting a request permits contact about that request. It does not subscribe you to marketing. This MVP does not process payments. The typed guided flow uses local rules. Optional live voice, when enabled and consented to, sends microphone audio, transcripts and the job/contact details you speak to ElevenLabs to conduct the conversation. Its provider processing and retention apply. Voice is off until configured; typing remains available. Please leave out payment card information, access codes, medical information, and other sensitive details.

Sally uses a guided local conversation to collect job details, calculate a service fee and help request a time. Chat drafts stay in the current page memory; they are cleared if you reload. Nothing is saved as a request until you explicitly confirm. Submitted job answers, the agreed scope, price and any service address or appointment are stored privately for Matt and shown on your private link. The full chat transcript is not saved. Published availability shows times without other customers’ details. No external calendar account is connected. If you arrive through a shared link, its source label is saved with your submitted request. Partner inquiries are saved privately for Matt to review; they do not create a marketing subscription.

To request a correction or deletion, contact Matt through the same channel used to coordinate your service, or ask him when he follows up. A deletion process and retention policy must be finalized before public launch.
